Faktisch hat die Pflanze und deren Wirkstoffe auch positive Effekte in gesundheitlicher Hinsicht. Daher wird bereits seit langer Zeit dar\u00fcber nachgedacht, die Heilwirkung von Cannabis zu nutzen. Cannabis soll bei verschiedenen Erkrankungen positiv wirken, die mit anderen Medikamenten nur schwer behandelbar sind.<\/p>\n<h3>Welche Stoffe wirken?<\/h3>\n<p>Die Wirkung des Cannabis beruht dabei nicht nur auf dem Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), das die Grundlage f\u00fcr die illegale Droge darstellt. Auch das Nabilon ist ein Stoff, der in der Pflanze vorhanden ist und eine direkte Wirkung auf den K\u00f6rper aus\u00fcbt. Grunds\u00e4tzlich k\u00f6nnen daher beide Stoffe genutzt werden, um eine Heilwirkung zu erzielen.<\/p>\n<p>Es stimmt allerdings nicht, dass THC in Deutschland noch nicht zur Gesundheitsf\u00f6rderung eingesetzt wird. Unter dem Namen Dronabinol ist eine Substanz auf dem Markt, die absolut identisch mit dem THC ist. Der Unterschied ist, dass Dronabinol synthetisch hergestellt wird. Der Stoff f\u00e4llt unter das Bet\u00e4ubungsmittelgesetz und ist verschreibungspflichtig. In fertigen Pr\u00e4paraten ist das k\u00fcnstliche THC allerdings noch nicht zu finden. Bei den verordneten Arzneien handelt es sich vielmehr um spezielle Anr\u00fchrungen, die vom Arzt hergestellt werden und dann in der Apotheke f\u00fcr die Patienten erh\u00e4ltlich sind. Einzig ein amerikanisches Produkt verwendet diesen Stoff bereits, das in Deutschland nicht regul\u00e4r vertrieben wird und daher importiert werden muss.<br \/>\nBedingt durch eine \u00c4nderung des Bet\u00e4ubungsmittelgesetztes darf der Wirkstoff in Deutschland unter strenger Indikation verschrieben werden. Hierf\u00fcr steht inzwischen ein Mundspray zur Verf\u00fcgung, das diesen Wirkstoff enth\u00e4lt.<\/p>\n<h3>Anwendungsgebiete der Pflanze<\/h3>\n<p>Die Anwendung der Pflanze ist vielf\u00e4ltig, wie zahlreiche Studien belegen. Daher wird Cannabis auf vielf\u00e4ltige Art und Weise eine positive Wirkung bescheinigt. Dabei stehen schwere Erkrankungen im Mittelpunkt des Interesses. Vor allem Erkrankungen, die mit einer Spastik verbunden sind, k\u00f6nnen mit THC gut behandelt werden, wie die Multiple Sklerose. Auch spastische L\u00e4hmungen k\u00f6nnen durchaus eine Verbesserung erfahren. Eine gute Wirkung ist auch beim Tourette-Syndrom vorhanden. All diese Erkrankungen haben die Gemeinsamkeit, dass sie durch das Nervensystem verursacht werden.<\/p>\n<p>Das Tourette-Syndrom ist direkt im Gehirn lokalisiert, w\u00e4hrend die Sch\u00e4den bei der Multiplen Sklerose am gesamten K\u00f6rper vorhanden sind. Doch nicht nur solche Krankheiten k\u00f6nnen auf diese Weise durchaus gut behandelt werden. Eine positive Heilwirkung ist auch bei den Nebenwirkungen der Strahlentherapie bekannt, wie beispielsweise \u00dcbelkeit und Erbrechen. Auch die Folgen der Medikation bei HIV k\u00f6nnen gut behandelt werden. Eine besondere Wirkung hat Cannabis in der Palliativmedizin. Diese Form der Medizin k\u00fcmmert sich haupts\u00e4chlich, wenn auch nicht ausschlie\u00dflich um sterbende Menschen, die mit einer hohen Schmerzbelastung k\u00e4mpfen. Gerade wenn der Krebs den Kampf bereits gewonnen hat, kann Cannabis eine gute Wahl sein, um die Folgen f\u00fcr den Patienten in seinen letzten Tagen zu mildern. Gleiches gilt auch f\u00fcr Zust\u00e4nde, die durch AIDS ausgel\u00f6st werden.<\/p>\n<h3>Cannabis: Ein traditionelles Heilmittel<\/h3>\n<p>Die Wirkung ist nicht nur in der Schulmedizin bekannt. In Afrika und Asien wird die Pflanze bereits seit langer Zeit in der Naturheilkunde eingesetzt. Im Mittelpunkt stehen dabei Regelschmerzen sowie die Schmerzen w\u00e4hrend und vor der Geburt. Auch verschiedene andere Schmerzzust\u00e4nde werden in der Heilkunde der V\u00f6lker mit Cannabis gemildert. Die schmerzstillende Wirkung ist daher bereits seit langer Zeit bekannt und wird vielfach eingesetzt. Erstaunlich ist dabei immer wieder, dass die Naturheilkunde schon immer Cannabis und dessen Produkte gegen Schmerzen anwendet.
